It seems that now the NPC text files are spawning with bytes.

NPC files always spawned with bytes, except for here.txt, which started out empty. It's just that some NPCs have their filesizes as ????.

I didn't realize that that is a number of bytes, I thought it was 0.

The weird thing is that Manly spawned as a 2.0 file, even though after his first post he was deleted and never actually got onto the list.
