Hello and welcome!

This is a spin-off of the original GFX Art Battle, but with some updated rules and changes. Please make sure to read the rules before entering, since they have been modified. Good luck, we look forward to seeing some creative artistic entries!

Competition Rules
1. Must be hand drawn, either on paper or in a program. It can then be manipulated in an graphics program. But unoriginal artwork cannot be used as the main focus. Copyrighted images cannot be used. All pieces containing copyrighted images will be disqualified.
2. Submissions must follow the current theme that has been chosen by a moderator for that week. If you submit more than one piece, please clarify which one you would like to be judged.
3. If your image is larger than 600 pixels wide, please provide a link to the image instead of posting it in the forum. Otherwise, the image will be cut off.
4. Artists cannot win in subsequent weeks. You can still submit, but if you won the week before, you cannot get first place again the next week.
5. After the deadline, a moderator will pick the winner, and they will be awarded a 25 AP award.

Grand Winner: Cholokid's the last-minute entry Chuck Norris. Bringing Fashion to Your Face

Congratulations Cholokid, you have earned a merit! Despite the relatively small time and effort investment, the concept struck a deep internet-lulz chord with me. Also I admit that I dare not turn down a Chuck-Norris-themed entry because I want to keep my face this side of the moon, kthnx.

NB: This does not mean that a Chuck Norris entry will win every time, unless it is made of pure win. You can't pull the same joke twice.

2nd place & Most Cute: Zophia's motivational poster

I couldn't ignore the people's choice for cuteness though it was a close call! Bonus points for making it a motivational.

3rd place & Most Biting Satire: LonlonRanch- Yay! Fashion!

Props also for being the only vector art here.

Best 'Paintjob': Cenere- "Frances only used chivalry so that he might have more time to oogle Sophia's new bustler..."

Yes, the title might be mine but the image is characteristic Cenere!

Most awesome (in a slightly creepy way): Thoad- Pants of Happyness

This is so full of awesome I want the idea developed and animated, or turned into a comic.

As with Thoad, taking photos is a difficult thing. If you had access to a scanner or could edit the settings after you take the photo, that would be good.

Also a contender for the Biting Satire award, but since Klaushouse is a consistently risque, he has to make a thread in the Tavern advertising that he's going to have a sex-change operation at the end of this year.
