This is a very good idea guys I really like the idea but my friends are never on so I wouldn't really need it but good idea.

The answer or solution is very simple.
delete you offline friedns and make new ones who are very active.

So, this is a good idea, but I'd prefer if the block option came first.

No way, it takes long enough for one update to come out. Not that I'm complaining.
