Is it only possible to fight Frankie once?

Yes is only possible to fight Frankie once, but you can save the game before, so you can fight him again.

I wanna know too if we can get his weapon.
If any one knows if we can get Frankie's or Doctors weapons let us know!

let me rephrase my question, where did you get the Poseidon's Fury and do you happen to know where I can find a high level electrical SET?

You can find all these itens in the zone 4 (Labyrinth-Tunnel of Illusions), including Poseidon's Fury.
