i did seen the injection too transforms a guard in predator form

He only did it once for me.

I saw him, turned a guard into a predator. Freaky.

it happens every time if your not good enough to kill him and his guards fast enough.

it's only happened to me once cuz they never survive to long.

it happened like twice to me, but like dacer said they don't live long enough for him to use it lol.

Nander: he used Mutant Injection on the first time when I battled him, it's probably random when he uses it.

I'd suggest killing Dr. Leath first and fast

I meant he used it immediately around 3 of the five timmes.

It doesn't really matter does it?
The guard still only does 30-40 damage.

They can stun you, that is annoying as hell.
