Both but if you would want to know what to add first that would be the automatic HTML.Editing posts should come right after that.

And maybe a forum to talk about ArmorGames related stuff.Also I have a couple of questions:what do the levels in our profiles do, do you score points from a game by just submitting it or on how well it is rated and see how many extra posts the edit post option would have spared?

I agree with Soulful_Plain_Strider, any forum needs an edit post button (and a delete post button), but I think something like BBCode is enough to add images and hyperlinks, or writing bolded and underlined text.

ya it needs an edit buttten all devoloped sites have it and i still say there should be moderators to delete spam and clutter
