It doesn't raise critical damage in my opinion, and if it does, it isn't much.

And Ice Hydro would need full instinct with a sprinkle of Vitality and speed - meanwhile a Hot Hydro would need to use full blown even with Strength Vitality and Speed - 50% Strength and 25% others

no, cold hydros dont use any stnegth... 200% int 25% strength DUH

25% is not 0%! And Hypothermia's DOT is a strength DOT, so he is right.
Your piercing increases your crit damage, dacer, and your buffs make that really high. Speed is just dodge/hit chance.

speed increases the chancew you do hit crits, theres a reason i never hit normal.
