it only works for enemies like that.level does come into how much health YOU have, but it's mainly vit.
Actually no - Your vitality rises along with your level - Thus Health, it does not mean your health rises anyway - The Vit is doing it lol
well maybe because the creator of sonny 2(what was his name again?) knows that stuff and put it there for fun XD
If you look without adding attributes you'd find that everything rises steadily - Thus the HP
