1 thing thats weird id that the game selects a random country to start so my friend names his Swine flu and it started in mexico weird huh?

Madagascar is annoying as hell.

lol ive got madagascar before, it was one of the first ones that became infected... then india closed all its ports airports and borders -.- wasnt expecting india to be the one to win lol

Its a fun game, even though I still can't beat it

I have beaten the game, but you have to start on either madagascar or greenland, and buy/see all the right symptoms

(if every country isn't infected by 30 days, i usually restart)

i got tired of trying never got my disease to madagacar =p

For people that start off in Madagascar:
-Have really low visibility; Don't want them to shut down the boats in and out because then you won't even leave the starting country.
-Once you have a few other countries infected then you should be good to go.

Pick Virus first, then start in places like Greenland, Cuba, Madagascar, Canada etc. Buy fire 1 ice 1 moisture 1 and drug 0, and sell all starting syptoms and buy sneezing. Then after 3 countries infected sell sneezing wait for all countries to be infected. This may take a few times to get it right, but it works. Trust me.

ok if you want to beat the game without starting out at Madagascar just dont make you virus or whatever lethal until you have it spread to everywhere and you will beat the game XD
