Just a day ago or two, I noticed that this community reached the one million post milestone. It has been just over 2 1/2 years since this site was put up.
Now I want to know what do you think about this? In your opinion is this a good thing? Do you care or not? Or does this remind you of spam?
I'm surprised you nailed the percentage. 40.8% of all posts are from those two sections.
It wasn't very difficult finding the percentage.
The sum of the posts of these two sections is about 409000. The total number of the posts is 1 million something. We divide both numbers by 1000. Now the sum is 409 and the total number of posts is 1000. To find the percentage we have to divide the sum with the TP and multiple it with one hundred. (409/1000)*100=0,409*100=40,9 There is 0,1% error because of the something that we had.
I'm not surprised that the Forum Games has the highest Posts Per Topic ratio. The only reason that the AMW has a high PPT ration, however, is because of the ridiculously big threads i.e. the long running contests and high-output veterans. The total of all those accounts for more than half the posts in that forum in entirety.
