Dio, Ian Gillian, Bob Halford,or Freddy Mercury have the best voices, Niel PEart is far and away the best drummer, best guitarist, Yingwie Malmsteen, Richie Blackmore, or Hendrix, Bassist idk, and I'd have to say Geddy Lee is the most talented musician
