My fav pokemon game would have to be platinum, this where I think pokemon was aat it's best with the addition of a dragon trio. There were some problems especially with the lack of legendary pokemon types (4 new psychics) but otherwise I loved the game. Gen 3 (emerald specifically) was amazing and I think gen 4 took this awesomeness to the next level. Gen5 was my least favorite seeing as they added pokemon with simple names such as timburr holding timber, and gurdurr holding a gurder. Also they added a pokemon that literally is garbage. The only pokemon I liked from that game Kyurem and zoroark.
