In order to have this Quest unlock, you need to finish your combo run. Either by letting it run out on its own, or by ending it by clicking the 'End Combo Early' button in the game!
Honestly, I don't understand this game at all. How am I suppose to get combo's when the hammer swings like every 5 or more seconds. I don't get it. I don't get it. And there isn't any help for the game.
How the game works is like this.
-You swing your hammer. Depending on the hammer level, the turtles near you fly into the air. -You can no longer swing your hammer once a combo is started. -Combos add up every time the turtles hit the wall or are hit by something you bought. -Once the combo is over, you can swing your hammer again (think of the hammer as a start button).
finally got 100 mil took 10 hours... now 2hr 17mins -> over 51,000,000... anyway realy long time this quest...
I did some calculations. At the current rate my counter is going up, it will take 6 1/2 hours to get 100,000,000. I'm getting 255k per minute (mostly due to lag) so yeah.

Ooohhhhhhhh!
I gotcha! Thanks so much. I'm so used to button mashing it never even occurred to me. Man. I feel totally dumb.
Welp, it took 2 hours and 40 minutes in game (about 6 and a half in real time), but I finally got the 100,000,000 achievement. Now I can get back to actually playing games...
Basically, what you do is hit the turtles, then cancel the combo immediately, and do that until you get 500. Then you upgrade flow, and do it until you get 500 again, upgrade flow again, then save for things to get a 100 combo with (I used a proxy mine/buzzsaw/laser).

I found that the best method for epic combo is just to only use springs and buzz saws, because the lazers only slow the shells and the buzzsaws and springs do not slow the speed of the flying shells, making for a faster combo buildup. Also when you see you got an unlimited combo, but it's really slow, I suggest you just end it and try to make another one with more flow from the valves.
Basicly I found that sticking to the original items from epic combo works fine and in some cases better.
100mil made me keep my computer on all night, nearly hit 200mil.. But ended the combo. I GOT PROOF! It says i got the quest on the game but not on my profile. If you want proof ask me ;D!
