Palin's speech was awesome. She tore Obama a new one.
And guess who wrote that speech? The same man who writes good old Gee Dub's. If they can't even find a different speech-writer, what makes you think they're going to use different politics?
All she did was attack. She didn't metion her stance on the war, the economy, or a lot of other political issues which, unless I'm mistaken, are the important part of politics.
And guess who wrote that speech? The same man who writes good old Gee Dub's. If they can't even find a different speech-writer, what makes you think they're going to use different politics?
And you think that Obama writes his own speeches? NO!!! He has the same political hack speechwriters that wrote speeches for President Clinton!!! All these politicians have their speeches written for them. Just because you didn't like the content doesn't mean that NOW you bring up the fact that she didn't write it. I didn't like what is in every Obama speech. And I know that he doesn't write them.
Also, Palin's teleprompter wasn't working properly, and she gave over half that speech from memory. I'd like to see Obama do that. The truth is, Obama is just an average orator without his teleprompter.
Oh well Agent_86, the main point is that it's better to use your points of interest than taking blind stabs of attack at another person saying things with no real proof of what they themselves will do.
Ex. they criticize obama's tax issues saying he wants to attack you directly, when he only wants to increase it on the million up margin, companies overseas, and companies that have an income in the fortune 500 league.
Whereas McCain taxes the average couple, decreases the millionares taxes by 15% and then makes them permanent.
Beyond that they can talk about being not in oil companies pockets all they want but Palin's husband is a manager for BP in Alaska. I seriously doubt she'll ever let that happen.
Yeah. Wasn't the theme for the RNC the other night "Honoring John McCain"? Kind of stupid that they're busy idolizing their choice instead of talking about their platform.
They had a guy say the typical "Lets stop fighting each other and all be Americans." (Not his words) and then at the end of his little speech...he says that his a Democrat (at a Republican convention) and that Mccain was the right choice.
Ehh, how does a democrat go for Mccain? Also, why would they allow him to give a speech? Mmm...Money buys loyalty eh?
I didn't watch the democrat convention. I hate listening to liberals. Makes me sick because I can't point out their major fallacies. Same reason I hate listening to any politician, really... I said at the beginning, all the candidates are flawed because all of them are already a part of the system. We need someone who's not a politician to lead the country. Reason I'm voting for Bush is because McCain at least has the military background, which I think is extremely important.
Disagree with me if you want (and I know a lot of you will), but Obama is evil. I have a terrible feeling about him.
