I found a solution for all those who have a problem, took me a while
If you have already crossed one difficulty of the game or not the principle is the same.

There are 6 pages with achievements.
The key is first on the first page. It is connected with the other 3 on page 6.
First you have to solve all others in a single run,then you need to achieve upgrade all to max. If money is problem, you have to repeat some of the missions but do not finish her terms only grind money! Until you get enough money to upgrade all.

You then have to destroy all the cities (fully), and the game ends!

When your game asks you to go to the next level of difficulty,cancel it or choose no.Return to the main menu and go to your save game,When you enter all the cities will be red (solved), click on the any city or upgrade or achievements and Nothing to do should appear!

and it make choice between continue or new game ...
I choice continue and I have re-finish it ...
but this time it just give me a choice new game ...
I clicked new game but all my upgrades vanish ...

I'm sure I did everything right. I completed the game twice, and for some reason on page 1 the Infectonator! achievement reads 100% but is not completed. So I don't have the Nothing To Do quest. I think I'm done with this game.

@flippin_ninja I had the same problem, but the next day I checked my profile and it was there! Just wait a bit.

@imho You need to kill all the zombies in each town and complete all it's challenges to destroy the town.

I think the quest is some parts are easy and some parts are hard

why will the quest badges not update?

I don't know what's wrong here either. I had to finish the game 4 times before i got the last quest. It was the first time that i tried it with a new save though.

So i started with nothing and completed every ingame quest but left one city completely untouched. I finished it and all of its missions in one try then and the game finished. When i clicked on new game i finally got the "Nothing to do" quest.
It did not work when i tried it the same way with a savegame where i finished the game before, so you might have to start all over again too.

i'd finished the game before the quests. i went through a new game and cleared them again and still no update

Question about Power in your veins quest, does that include upgrading all of the zombies too? Otherwise, it's impossible to generate enough $ to upgrade everything. Once you destroy a town you can't replay it when you run out of money.

you can attack a city and leave some missions unfinished so it doesnt get destroyed. Then you can attack it until you have enough money and complete the missons after that

the large citys in south america are nice for farming money

To upgrade everything to the max you must grind... if you dont finish all challenges you can raze the town again and again.

hello, i have problem with quest nothing to do, i have completed all achievements and i didnt get this quest+on AG i have quest complete the game but in game... i dont know how to say it, here you have the pictures:
