A tad of armageddon might do the world some GOOD. Certain organisms (by darwins means) might live and make a new life. It would be like a reset of the world as we know it. basically, the world would go back to severe primitivity.
I think it would be reasonable.

EVERYONE, the world is meant to never end. Im just 14 but i have enough Bible smarts to know that it stated the Earth will never be meant to totter. This means that God cares too much for us to allow the world to be destroyed.

Yes, that is religious, and I do think that god will keep us safe. Have courage. Believe that the world will not end.

@ dominated14, well thats not true....at all.The bible has a whole chapter about the end of the world and what to expect when the day comes.Its at the end of the book.Anyways my last comment was towards people who might be worried about this whole thing, just so you guys know, but that is kinda obvious.Goodbye now.

I dont really believe that the world would end until about like 10 million years but it does freak me out about the crystal skulls being reunited

I have never seen the new Indiana Jones movie, but from what I heard its not that great.

Off topic: The new Indy movie is good, but doesn't live up to the originals.

it is not going to end because if the maya were good enough to predict the end of the world, they might still be around

This is just some guess made by a famous person back in the days. Forgot his name, but I believe it started with a T... There have been many doomsday predictions, and all of them have been wrong, so what's to worry? Live your life to the fullest, and if the world does end on December 21, 2012, then you can know you lived a great life and you won't have any regrets.

It's all tied in with 6/6/06 and that kind of thing, and so far none of that has happened.

well i think life is like a box of chocolates you never know what you're gonna get. and that is totally true.

there have been many doomsday date and all of them were false but hey maybe it will end 12/21/12 (I hope not)
