Humanity in its early days struggled against the foundations of powerful civilizations that had been for centuries before them. It was only through the gift of magic that they were able to put their stake in the worId which became the first human city, Ithradine. From here they thrived until four tribes joined the infant kingdom each skilled in one of the four base magics, Pyromancy, Geomancy, Hyrdomancy, and lastly Aeromancy. These four 'families' became the main aristocracy and when the king died without an heir, he left in place a system to allow them all to keep power called the Magistrate. The Magistrate is led by a 'Magister' who is elected among the citizens however only the four families have ever gotten to have magisters. In this kingdom called Arcana, the four families, House Pyrane, House Oceanus, House Windel, and House Terra, keep a strained peace with the newest magister being Jerrick of House Pyrane. He leads Arcana on the path of war against the many monsters that lie beyond the ctiy's walls. Any adventurers are now given a guardian should they chose to leave the kingdom. You are one of many citizens within the kingdom, how will you make your mark upon it and the many races in and around it?

JACK: "Him? No. This guy however would like to call himself a God. Truly a demi-god such as yourself knows." he looks up at the sun for a moment "My my, you have severely put me off schedule. Well I guess I should work and chat to catch up." he says as he holds out his palm, and all those you vanquished form a line of aura towards his hand "These souls are tainted, I take it upon myself to keep track of them."
Silver: Cisna slows down and she looks around. She spots them moments before you do. She reacts fast and summons a magical bow and shots three of them. Highwaymen descend from the trees, surrounding you. It will be hard to drain their life force when they are so ready for battle.
Lowco: Ivan nods "Of course. Follow me." he says as he leads you down into the basement. He walks over to a large wine keg and jams a dagger into the front face and gives it a small push. The front of the keg opens and he places it on the ground "Inside is everything you need. A grappling hook, sleep darts and a dart tube, 4 Inivisibility potions, 4 fire-resistance potions, a set of unbreakable lockpicks, 2 flash grenades and 2 smoke bombs, a satchel, and finally a Pyro-Knight disguise." he says naming off all the items "The disguise will get you into the manor but not into the area where the Primal Flame is. Stealth is of absolute importance, so only kill if there is no choice." he advises
Silver: Cisna with a serious face nods "And you stay alive!" she yells back as she gracefully spins of her horse as arrows fly past her, shooting two of her own which both hit and lands on the ground. She is quite agile for being in a dress. The highway men closest to you yells "Come on, its only two of them!" he says just as he charges Delroth, four other lackeys following.
JACK: Trayce at that time finishes his collection, his hand clenches as he absorbs the souls "One of my many titles, I also dabble in necromancy. I mean, why waste all these precious souls when I can put them to work." he says honestly and puts his hand on Alice "I mean look at her. You wouldn't know it by looking at her but she is undead. Yep, could get shot a hundred times with arrow and wouldn't feel a thing." but before Trayce can continue Alice giggles a little "No, sometimes they tingle." causing Trayce sighs "Yes, you've told me before."
"Hmmmm, so long as you do not use this necromancy for the purposes of evil and the souls you collect are evil and from dead people, you are free to go about your business."
I smile and switch my sword backwards(holding it were the handle is pointing forward and the blade is near my arm) i then begin to acrobatically attack the the bandits as an assassin would.
JACK: Trayce scoffs "Glad I have your permission. I will leave you to whatever it is you were doing. I fear that this attack is only a small part of a larger plan in which we can do little but watch it unfold and patch up the remains." he says cryptically before starting his exit out of the town, followed by Alice.
Silver: You find the guard's body a bit bulky and not adjusted to the moves you normally could pull off however it works in the same respect. Blades dance by your face as you strike a couple of the highwaymen, each blow almost instant death. Cisna movement more-so looks like a elegant dance as she fires volleys of energy arrows at her opponents, taking out all of their archers with clear head-shots. The highwaymen surround you and Cisna and move in all at once, Cisna manages to pick a couple off before their numbers manage to seperate the two of you however they seemed more focused on you. Cisna still physically weak barely kills one before her arms are seized and rendered immobile, the dress also restricting her movement.
Lowco: You make your way to the Mansion, the gate guards let you pass without incident. The manor itself is huge, looking like a fortress rather than a home but luckily you were given a layout of the rooms, the vault is located several floors underground each with tighter security.
