Rate the item from 0-10. Then post an item, and the next person repeats the cycle. 0 is the worst and 10 is the best. Remember, don't do things that are inevitable 0s or 10s.

3: Dislike it.
4: Kinda dislike it.
5: Okay.
6: Kinda like it.
7: Like it.
8: Love it.

10/10 - I can't recommend using one highly enough, especially if you use things like online banking (or really any website that would be a disaster if someone got your account, e.g. Gmail).
If you're worried about a program running your passwords for you, then you can always have a strong password that you slightly alter, depending on the website you're logging into. Like, my password here at Armor Games is... wait a minute...
