"Halfway Through stuck at 17% in quests screen though shown completed in game and profile screens" bug got fixed for me - quest is completed everywhere now. Thank you very much from me and my OCD.

I want to point out again, you don't need to max out the meteor spell to get the related quest. You can easily get the meteor related quest with one upgrade, even on higher difficulties of higher levels.

I also did play act 1 but didnt get it at once when i beat act 2 [2-1] i got the achivement ? ( it was saying that i was at 93% before i finish 2-1).I was warrior.
