I finished all quests except "hardcore caver". Any tips on how to, well, not die while trying to complete the game in a single run? Any help is appreciated!

Try to kill everything for the first 20 or so levels. Then kill the 2-3 monsters you know you can easily get on each level - every one of them. You may die a few times until you get a run where you can go straight through. The items are a bit random, so its ok.

Just run to the exit for the last 20 levels or so
