This is a completely serious club, people who make a decent enough plan will be able to comment and review other plans. Here is some zombie info.

run/walk: they walk

scream/groan: they groan

day/night: All da time babey!

what they attack: EVERYTHING THEY HEAR, OR THAT MOVES!

survivors: very very little, like near 100-1000 people on EARTH

guns: This is real time, being your neighboorhood and everything, you have all the resources you have in your house.

cure: there is none.

where to go: so long as you have a plan to get their, go for it.

how much you can carry: AGAIN, THIS IS REAL TIME

family members: theres a high chance they are zombehs too.
able to join: if you didn't read, just make a good plan.

durability: they can take ALOT of damage, worse than playing last stand 2 with just a pistol for the entire game when the zombies have twice as much life.

doors: they can't work a doorhandle for the mostpart of their brain is already rotted
I am still making my plan right now, but I think some of you can do it. Let the zombie surviving begin!

Note:
Only as many survivors that could fit in a loaded hummer.
You can get hummers like that, its called surplus.
Off roading
Police stations do have all that stuff, What do you think the SWAT use?
Yes zombies starve.
Why else would they need to eat brains/humans?

So here is my revised plan:

Use ATV to gather weapons and supplies at an easily accessible point for large vehicles.
Survivors and myself would then requisition several all wheel drive vehicles and load the supplies.

Convoy drives up into the mountains and builds a bunker out of the supplies they have and the trees and stones in the area.
Once every week a heavily armed group of survivors heads down to the city to collect any survivors or supplies that they had not had time to gather earlier.

Don't worry about flaming, I have lots of forum experience

(not that I am flamed often)

Where in any movie have you ever heard the hero say "Okay here's the plan! We're going to let all the zombie starve to death! We are going to get as many guns as possible and a sweet hummer. AND LET THE ZOMBIES STARVE!!"? No I have never heard anything in any video game, book, or movie that says that they can starve...Since they are well, UNDEAD.

kill the zombies

That can get you so far.....Really the number one thing is survival, not killing zombies. You can do that when you know you can live on.

Actually leaving the zombies to starve to death while hiding in some far off island/ mountain is a pretty good idea. And if zombies eat zombies so much the better.

i don't think zombies actually eat zombie. mostly cause the rotting flesh that they are is not the same as the flesh the virus attracts to.

The zombies do not starve, at least not Thoad's zombies, who in general are those we talk about.
They do not eat people as much as just violently killing them (the parasit make the victim violent).
To some degree you would be able to starve them to death, but you should probably be able to live about 100 years longer than you are able to know. At least.

The hunger virus would you probably be able to outlive, if you are smart and cunning enough, though. Intelligent zombies would probably get the best of you, though.

ok, i'm back, and ready to pick your plan to peices.

Ok, first off the S.W.A.T Don't use m16. They use tear gas, and other guns. They do not want to kill them, only stop them. NOw, going to a police station is not a very good idea. For one, people will have that idea, and they will be trigger happy shooting at what ever moves. So if you go to a police station, there wil be others there, or just no supplies left. I would say stay in your house for about a week befroe heading out.

Were do you expect to find a hummer? The hummers you can get at a car dealer hardly deserve the name hummer. Now, if you have a millitary base around, well alllright, but good luck driving/fueling that thing. Were are you going to get all of these weapons? They are not as easily reached as you thnik. It is my knowledge that even in a police station, or millitary base most of the guns are kept in a safe of some sorts. And ok, you get to the mountains, do you have saws and what not to cut the trees, and do you have basic knowledge of how to build a base? If not, then your screwd. And i nthe whole world, baybe 500 people will live. So don't count on ever finding a survivor. Your plan relise heavily o nthe survivor asspect.

Now, to get on about the zombies. Movies, and games are full of **** They do not make sense, and there zombies are unrealistic.

Read the first page for some of the traits of thoad's virus, and here a re a few more.

THEY DON"T STARVE!!!!!!!!! They attack people becuse as cenere stated, they are violant and want to spread the infection farther. Tehy don't attack each other, becuse they can tell there allready infected.

O, and BTW Citys will get you killed. Larger amounts of people=larger amounts of zombies=your gonna die.

P.S. crimson, and blaze. I ment to add you guys not sure if I did though, so expect to be on the list i nthe next couple days.

Double post fail.

First off I never said M16. The police up here have M1 A2 assault rifles.
The SWAT do have sniper rifles for hostage situations.
They also have shotguns for close quarter combat. (I saw all these guns with the police while my school was having a lock-down)

The truck does not necessarily have to be a hummer. Army surplus stores do sell them though.
If there were none to be had (I agree civvy ones are junk) I would grab some 4WD trucks.

As for survivors I would let them come with me as long as they got their own vehicle.
I there were other people at the station (which I would highly doubt) I would try to tell them my plan and allow them to come along. I would identify myself before showing myself to ensure my safety.

In the case of no survivors, I would go up into the mountain alone and construct a base from the tools and supplies brought with me, and the construction knowledge I have learned from books and building things.

I would build a green house on the top of my bunker out of clear plastic sheeting in which to grow supplies. I would also use water filtering equipment taken from a surplus store to provide a source of clean water.

The bunker would have a battery of solar panels that would power a basic lighting system and a radio beacon.

Zombies will eventually rot away, unless there is a preservative enzyme in the parasite they will fall to pieces in a matter of years.

Thats a better plan, but I doubt you could get the solar power stuff. Maybe you could, Idk. It would be hard jacking the solar panels from someone's house, and I wouldn't even know how to set it up. The growing food is a good Idea though. I would have a plan B just in case the zombies don't rot away or your plan has a fail spot.

Plan B would be to get a largish boat and head to an island. I could also get a barge and float just away from the city in considerable safety.

A problem would be water.

And places like canadian tire and wal-mart sell solar panels and wind turbines that you can hook up to your house easily.

It would be easy to live for a long time without having to go to a zombie infested area.

Of course! I've never thought of that before! Zombies can't swim!!
...
Or, maybe they can just walk on the sea/lake bottom...
Crap...

Yeah walk along the seabed and then climb up the anchor cable.
Thats the only major problem I have seen, other then a water shortage.

then again you could always get on an oil rig. They are pretty isolated and you have a large supply of flamethrower fuel.

As it is, the zombies are unable to swim, and walking on the seabed would probably crush them when they get deep enough, so I think it is a common okay to eveything that gives you a hiding place on deep water.
The problem is to find a way to stay there, as you will run out of food, water and sanity after some time.
That is why most survivalists travel instead of finding a base.
