This is a completely serious club, people who make a decent enough plan will be able to comment and review other plans. Here is some zombie info.

run/walk: they walk

scream/groan: they groan

day/night: All da time babey!

what they attack: EVERYTHING THEY HEAR, OR THAT MOVES!

survivors: very very little, like near 100-1000 people on EARTH

guns: This is real time, being your neighboorhood and everything, you have all the resources you have in your house.

cure: there is none.

where to go: so long as you have a plan to get their, go for it.

how much you can carry: AGAIN, THIS IS REAL TIME

family members: theres a high chance they are zombehs too.
able to join: if you didn't read, just make a good plan.

durability: they can take ALOT of damage, worse than playing last stand 2 with just a pistol for the entire game when the zombies have twice as much life.

doors: they can't work a doorhandle for the mostpart of their brain is already rotted
I am still making my plan right now, but I think some of you can do it. Let the zombie surviving begin!

The secondary is unlikely, and dam* well near impossible, and the primary will be difficult.

The first thing I would do is get all of the inexperienced out of the danger zone, ASAP. They are no use to us, and will only be a hindrance. The 40 that are experienced, I will equip with everything I can. The most accurate, as well as myself, will be given the hunting rifles. Everyone else will be allowed to choose their weapon, seeing as there isn't much left. Once that is all said and done, I will set up some combat requirements. If ever we are to get separated, we will use a call and return method of identifying friend from foe. We will call out a word, and the other will respond with and opposite. In this case, the first person yells "Red!" and the second yells "Blue!". It's an easy and efficient way of maintaining safety and keep us from shooting each other, as once it begins it will be pandemonium. Also, I instruct them to only fire when absolutely sure they have the target acquired and are positive they can hit the zeds. The way I will setup the teams (of two, in the case of snipers [sniper and backup], and standard two man teams for everyone else). There will be no one at the entrance, to entice them towards there and give our snipers a good shot. There will be 5 sniper teams on each side and 5 standard teams on each side. Once it begins, all hell breaks loose. If they get in, the unprotected will have to grab some axes and shovels and beat them to death. We will be hot on their tails, and hit them from behind.

And the most important: Pray to whatever God(s) are up there.

If you guys wanna incapacitate a goliath easily...
Set a fire trail, motherf**kers!
Perfect example: IF you're in a forest and you know how to get out of said forest, pack your stuff up, set the forest on fire and briskly walk away so that way you're not burned and the zombies are.

Yea....no.

For this reason.

Zombies will not die when set fire to. They don't feel pain. Now, instead of a zombie, you have a flamming zombie after you. They will then light other stuff around you on fire.

Across the parking lot, you see several Goliath walking towards you, some still carrying clubs etc. You let the light out and now they're attracted to you. They won't let off until the morning, and the night is still young.

Have you forgotten your own virus? Light wouldn't matter, they use hearing and smell. They would be on you before you saw them. And in the opening post, you say thay stay out all day.

I hearby call your scenario invalid.

I lol'd. Way to drop the ball on that one. Also, I thought that it was said that they couldn't carry weapons, I could be wrong on that though.

I have a question for everyone. A friend of mine, who agrees that you should have a plan for almost anything, decided to make his own little zombie survival plan, and I want to know how long you think he'd last.

He plans on just staying in his house, since they have a celler with a year or so worth of nonperishable food, and they have multiple guns. Handguns, shotguns, and hunting rifles, with a lot of ammo. He and I also know how to make minor explosives and smoke grenades.

Go ahead and tell me some criticism, so I can relay it to him, and be sure to tell me how long you think he'd last. You can look back a few pages and tell me how long you think I'd last with MY plan, also, if you don't mind.

Hm... If I found myself in the middle of a zombie invasion where the zombies outnumber people, I would try to isolate and capture a zombie. This is so I could take the virus/whatever is causing the zombies to be zombies, tone it down a bunch, and inject it into myself. This way I can keep my sanity and still get the no pain, death, etc. as well as building up an immunity of sorts. Of course, after I get enough sample of the virus, I would eliminate the zombie, as it's never good to keep a brainless, ruthless zombie around.

I see very little disadvantages in this, as the zombies probably wouldn't attack me as I already have the virus and am dead, and the remaining humans wouldn't attack me cause I've got my wits about me, and don't want to crack open their skulls and eat their brains.

And in case you couldn't tell, I'm rather confused by this thread.

I think you're a little confused on what this is about. This is a club for talking and making plans on how to survive a zombie apocolipse. Basically, refer to page 1 of the thread, and page 144 on information about how to join. If you need any help just ask.

No, they can't. Must have missed that part.

Chill. People are still recovering from newyears.

Juding by your post I am gonna guesse you have no idea how to do that, would die farily quickly, and have minimal knowledge of anything out side of movies.

Next time, read, before you post.

Assuming no zombies find him, thats good. And if he has STRONG Building materials thats good to. Guns mihgt not be best to use on just a few zombies. Better to go out with a melee weapon. Gun shots will attract more. Not horrible if your moving, but bad if your gonna be in one spot.

He and I also know how to make minor explosives and smoke grenades.

Not really going to help you much. Unless you want to make a load, pointless explosion, thats not gonna help, smoke might help for signals, but unless you can make alot of it.....not so much.

Actually, the only difficult part would be capturing the zombie and getting the sample. The virus is usually spread orally through the saliva, right? Well I would probably try to disable the use of it's arms and legs by shooting them off, making it essentially a corpse with a head. After that part I would have to be careful not to get too close or within biting range, so I what I would do is flip it over with some long object such as PVC pipe, iron bar, etc. After it just lays there for a while drooling on the floor and such, just use an eyedropper to get a saliva sample. Slowly put it in food/water, but make sure it's a minuscule amount. Even if it doesn't make me half-zombie, half-human it will probably net me an immunity, so even if I did die I wouldn't turn into a brainless zombie.

He has multiple melle weapons. Axes, battleaxes, katanas, hunting knives, a sledgehammer, stuff like that. And he plans on just staying in his house, and only going out for supplies after they run out. Which would be like, after a year if they rationed correctly, because of their food storage.

Not really going to help you much. Unless you want to make a load, pointless explosion, thats not gonna help, smoke might help for signals, but unless you can make alot of it.....not so much.

The most we could use the explosives for would be a distraction, since the most they could do is like, break your leg if you're standing right next to it. My friend's backyard is right next to a big feild, that leads to a forest. We once made a single smoke grenade with a makeshift pin on it, and threw it into the feild, then ran back to his house. The smoke filled up the center of the feild, was rising ABOVE the forest in a thin layer, and was traveling over to the house. Only problem with them is that they're REALLY big, and pretty heavy.

I can help fix that. ive made plenty of small ones in my time. Just leave a message on my profile and ill get back to yah.

Now for this bumbling idiot. =)

look, it doesnt matter how much you put in it, 1 miniscule drop is enough to turn you into a zombie... unless your a scientist in a controlled lab. there is no way you can do anything to the virus.
