This is a completely serious club, people who make a decent enough plan will be able to comment and review other plans. Here is some zombie info.

run/walk: they walk

scream/groan: they groan

day/night: All da time babey!

what they attack: EVERYTHING THEY HEAR, OR THAT MOVES!

survivors: very very little, like near 100-1000 people on EARTH

guns: This is real time, being your neighboorhood and everything, you have all the resources you have in your house.

cure: there is none.

where to go: so long as you have a plan to get their, go for it.

how much you can carry: AGAIN, THIS IS REAL TIME

family members: theres a high chance they are zombehs too.
able to join: if you didn't read, just make a good plan.

durability: they can take ALOT of damage, worse than playing last stand 2 with just a pistol for the entire game when the zombies have twice as much life.

doors: they can't work a doorhandle for the mostpart of their brain is already rotted
I am still making my plan right now, but I think some of you can do it. Let the zombie surviving begin!

What would Be the best REALISTIC location to defend?


It all depends on what you're against, and how many people you have.

If it's just you, a bathroom would be rather easy. In a swarm you would die, but you could have a window out (if it's a typical in-home bathroom). Other places might include small bridges, canals, and riverbeds.

If you're with a few people, a bridge is again a good place. you have two ends, and escape routes (painful ones, but still, escape) all around you. They also have open areas for just massacring zombies and potential help, if it would ever come.

You arr a Buddhist monk(corny, I know) sitting on a rock, being all aware and stuff, and all of a sudden you hear moaning. Leaving your deep-sleep-meditation to check it out, you see your grandmaster has become a Goliath. It's likely that the rest of the monastery is as well. Your teachings say to value all life, but . . . this seems like it is something much more alien than the life the world knows. A group of now-zombified monks are returning from a day being aware and stuff on some rock in some other place. You step out onto the monastery floor. NOTE: You cannot enter the houses unless you want to commit suicide. The zombie density is similar to that of the maintenance tunnels in Dead Rising.

Y = You

E = exit

Z = zombie

G = gong

M = monastery floor

H = monk houses

Your goal is to escape the place alive using only your hand-to-hand combat skills and any improvised weapon that could be found in a Buddhist monastery. Keep in mind that these are the peaceful type of Buddhist, not the Mahayana type or the Japanese kind. The sort of Buddhism with no obvious weapon at its monastery.

What would Be the best REALISTIC location to defend?


Probably a farmhouse. Not a "LOL I R IN TEH MOUNTINS AND I TEAKE LIEK 300000 DAYS TO WAK HERE SO NO ZOMI CUD GET MEH EVAR" farmhouse, just a house on a decent sized field. They aren't too uncommon, unless you live right in the center of a big city. I can get to farmland from my house in about 10-15 minutes driving. There you will have a long line of sight all around you, so any zombies that do come can be dispatched of with relative ease. You way also find other goodies there (small rifle, perhaps a .22 or something like that, a rain catcher, crops that are still edible, cattle). Also, since you aren't that out of the way, you can still make your way back in to town, should the need arise for whatever reason.

Please bold the "Y" that indicates the starting position, it just makes it that much easier.

Anyways, you seem to have a straight path to the gong. There's only one zombie near you who you can easily circle. Get to the gong and hit it, all the zombies will begin to look at it, and more than likely move towards it. Now, there's to separate outcomes to this.

House doors are closed:

Okay, so those zombies won't be bothering you for the meantime. You just need to avoid the north-western group of zombies. Back up (West) and try to run behind them. There's no point going behind the house, you'll just get cut off.

House doors are open:

Same as before, but now you have to run behind the group of zombies but in front of the ones in the house as they leave. Same concept, but much riskier.

Also, it may be worth noting where the doors are.

Now, my plan is, since im a peaceful monk, and im unarmed, I'd probably head north quickly, then turn to swipe the gongs, and distract the zombies. I would crouch run as fast as I could to the West, and head north, and head for the Northern Exit. Now supposing the Zombies to the North would head towards the gong ,I could slip behind them quick enough. And all I know about these zombies, is that they are typical Goliath or the slow moving kind. (Unless you say otherwise.) This way, im out of the densely populated monastary, and knowing its a monastary, it probably deosn't have any food except in the houses, which is probably infested with zombies anyways. So I just head out the Monastary. The only problem is, whats it like outside, and where are you going to go?

Sorry to put so many messages, However. The Roads, or Paths, means you can be spotted Easily. The Rice Paddies slow you down, and make noises, but your camofluaged and can muffle the sound if you move slow.

The Tall Grass can hide you, but it can also hide zombies. And I have not revealed every zombie, so suspect zombies may be in the grass. go in at your own risk.

The Farmhouses are empty, but they only have one door, no windows. So if you do go in to get supplies or some weapon, be extremely careful. I leave it up to you.

Alrighty...Lets see.

Firstly, welcome back comrade.

Next in the monk scenario, you ouwld not be able to distract them with the gong. They can tell your alive, and moving, the gong, will probably deafen them for a short while, so if your gonna run, then would be the time to do it. However they would still smell/see you leaving. So not gonna work. HOwever, most gongs do have mallets yes? While not the msot effective, I will have to say if thats the best weapon you have, take it and run.
