This is a completely serious club, people who make a decent enough plan will be able to comment and review other plans. Here is some zombie info.
run/walk: they walk
scream/groan: they groan
day/night: All da time babey!
what they attack: EVERYTHING THEY HEAR, OR THAT MOVES!
survivors: very very little, like near 100-1000 people on EARTH
guns: This is real time, being your neighboorhood and everything, you have all the resources you have in your house.
cure: there is none.
where to go: so long as you have a plan to get their, go for it.
how much you can carry: AGAIN, THIS IS REAL TIME
family members: theres a high chance they are zombehs too. able to join: if you didn't read, just make a good plan.
durability: they can take ALOT of damage, worse than playing last stand 2 with just a pistol for the entire game when the zombies have twice as much life.
doors: they can't work a doorhandle for the mostpart of their brain is already rotted I am still making my plan right now, but I think some of you can do it. Let the zombie surviving begin!
No, no, that was good. I really liked the fact that you had Bill teach everyone a little about how to shoot a gun. Which was a very neat touch. I mean, what good would it do you, if you didn't have the slightest knowledge on how to shoot one. Kudos on that man! Barricade the hallways and doors. I understand the doors part, but how would you barricade the door ways? With furniture and whatnot I'm assuming. Over all this was good, some detail was missing, but none the less, it was great! 6/10.
Sweet thnx blaze X)
but the hallwayz thing well it would be tricky but it would work put the big furniture up at the end of the hallway were the zombies could enter by stacking couches chairs and if possible even break apart tables and try to place them as a foundation or at a tilt against the back of the barricade like this (/).

Your welcome.
And yes, that helped. I had the same idea when I read that, just wanted to clarify. Cram the hallways with huge furniture, and then place anything that can be apart of the barricade along side those?

Yep thats it. Also if possible could you add to the scenario to keep it going you kinda stopped like there was more to it.
hey guys, i have been following the tread for a while and am just getting around to posting, so ill just post my survival plan
first off i would get the key to the gun safe, and take my 30/30 my dad's pistole, a cane knife and machete, a backpack filled with all the canned food in my cabinet. then i would take my dad's racing bike, and bike to lake Ponchartrain(about 50mi from were i live), go to my grandfather's boat launch, and drive out to my grandfather's camp, which is on the bayou. from there i would live off the food their, raiding the surrounding camps for more supplies(rowing the boat whenever possible to save gas).
Fazeau, your plan isn't detailed enough. We're not saying pick up the rock; we're saying bend to a 100 degree angle, clasp it with four fingers (not including fifth finger), flex your biceps and bring your arm to ninety degree angle still holding the rock, and bring yourself up.
You are trapped in an apartment complex. Your room is on the seventh floor. Your pretty high off the ground. But you can hear them coming, trying to bang on doors in the floors below. Many people on the seventh floor are safe, alongside you for the time being. The zombies have still not made it up, but nothing is to sure. There are some who want to make sure they don't get up to the seventh floor. But most think hiding in their rooms is safer. They lock all doors and refuse to come outside.
=========== Characters ===========
Bill: Bill is a bull of a man, and carries a 9MM pistol with him. He has two ammo clips not counting the three in his pocket and one in the gun. Though it's been ages since he last went out on the range. Sure enough, he's the only one that knows enough on how to shoot a head shot.
Carl: Carl is one of the last people to escape the second floor. How he made it, is of mystery, but he sure as hell did make it. He brought with him a bat, none the less a wooden one that has a few cracks in it. He also has a liter, and a few smokes.
Cliff: Cliff is the local fireman. He has great strength and knowledge of the apartment complex, since it's his job to check for any faults within the apartments. He has an Axe, and a metal crowbar. Food is stored in his house, but what's special is that the food he has stored is canned food. (Most of it anyway) He also has fuel stored in his apartment.
Emily: She, is only eleven years old. Her parents are nowhere to be seen. She last saw them, getting them ready for the swimming pool, down on the first floor. But that's the last she heard from them. She managed to run back to her room as soon as the trouble started. She has with her a lolipop.....
good one gangsta very tricky i agree with bjiscuit there is definitely not much you can do but i'd go and grab the lollipop and i'd grab the gun take the stick out from the lollipop and throw that away then i'd stuff the candy part into the barrel and ask bill to fire it at the zombies heads hopefully blinding them then me and cliff and bill and carl would take the gun, bat, crowbar, and axe and attack the almost blind zombies
We are on the seventh, however, there may be more floors above, and the roof.
So If there was a roof, I would gther every one from there rooms (that would come out) have them bring food, and heavy things for barricades, and ehad to the roof.
As there is only really one gun, no need to teahc each other how to shoot it.
I am assuming some help would arrive, as it would be relativly earlie in an outbreak for this to happen.
If not however I would do the following
Head down a few floors, as much as is safe, and throw matresses out of the window. Once all of the mattresses and any other soft things are thrown in a pile at the bottom of the window, (if it looked safe) I would have a dresser be thrown down on tiop of it. If it held, I would test it with my body. If I lived, then I'm alive. If not, well I'm not a zombie yes?

Thats not really a good idea if the zombies do attack and they get to the roof your all cornerd.
Plus at the top of a building with more then 7 floors the weather conditions would be harsh maybe windy or too hot...ect.
As there is only really one gun, no need to teahc each other how to shoot it.
Actually there is if somthing was to happen to the guy who can use the gun then the others would have an idea on how to us it properly so they can make sure every shot counts.

I'm not really sure that help would come to that building if its infested with zombies that place would most likely be quarintined.

Wow Skater really. ok let me point out how you'd get people killed.
1. You can't head down a few levels the zombies are swarming those levels below.
OH snap heres the BIG ONE. 2. Throwing matresses out of a window? Really first of all the matresses wouldnt fit threw the window second through a dresser onto the matress that would just keep bits and peices ontop of the matresses which would mean jumping onto it would kill you or just paralize. third even with the matresses stack on each other if you could position and throw them off correctly to get them to fall 1 on top of the other. the impact of your body would just crumble and you'd hurt yourself break a leg or and arm landing on your back would just force you loose air and you'd be seriously hurt. You fail but you rock on other scenarios. XD
Alright, thank you to all those who took part in my scenario. As I can see some major problems I find will get you or someone else killed in some of the latter posts, but I think Hulk has covered the major ones.
You see Skater, Hulk is right, the mattress being thrown outside would mean you'd need to find a huge window. All of you'd have to jump outside, and even so, the mattresses could not protect you from harm as much as you'd think. If you broke and arm or leg, you'd be handicapped while chaos and death lurk right above you. You'd be a sitting duck while the Zombies came at you.
You are a security guard at a small shop in the downtown section of the city. The store is closed and you have just started your shift. That's when a woman comes smacking at the front chain gate, asking you to let her in. Your weary of this stranger, but let her in as she seems to be in a bad state. With one hand on your gun and one hand on the gate, you let her in. Before you know it, she dashes into the store and three others come barging in. To you, this seems like an ambush and they must be robbers. But to your surprise, they all quickly and franticly tell you to close the gate and put the store in lock-down. As you lock up, you ask them what they want, and why they are in need of assistance. They say to turn the TV on and to keep it quiet. There, you watch the EBN (Emergency Broadcast Network) repeat a story of some kind of widespread infection that is making it's way across the entire city. Possibly even the whole country. As you listen, you learn of these so called 'Zombies'. You soon find yourself trapped in a small shop, with three strangers and no communication to your family.
****Two Room shop. Backroom full of equipment and storage. (Canned food, first aid, toilet paper, home utensils) Front room, filled with electronics. Chain gate keeps out the robbers and thieves, in this case Zombies. Fiber glass protects the windows. No back exit.****
=========== Characters ===========
Jane: The Woman, you first let in. She has a cut on her head, but it's not a bite or scratch. She is pretty young, and carries with her a pocket knife given to her by her husband. She also has two shopping bags full of a weeks worth of food.
Brett: A young man in his twenties, has a short temper, but is in more of a shock now, then anything. Stays quiet when in deep depression. Though, once he snaps out of it, likes to take the leadership role, provided or not. Carries with him a set of car keys to his car parked down the street.
Christopher: Ex-Police officer, brought with him, his 9mm pistol. Three clips including the one in the gun. Is highly affective with the weapon, or any weapon given to him for use. (Non-Military issued weapons only)
