Zahz, I wasn't trying to say that Christianity has more proof because if God exists then so does Satan, and it would be impossible to prove either of our beliefs short of a divine miracle. What I was trying to say is that there is no formal documentation to back his beliefs, there is just what he has heard from Satan, and a couple of 'testimonies' on a website, which have already been accused of being forged. You make a good point with them being almost identical, which didn't make a lot of sense to me. Kurgle claims that everything about Christianity is a lie, yet satanists seem to follow most of Christianity's rules except for those of worship.
I think that although Satanism and Christianity oppose one another, they also seem to validate one another as well. Both religions seem to offer rewards based on devotion and it is up to the individual to determine which door they would like to open.
I am a bit more versed on what door #1,(Christianity), has behind it, but not quite as certain what makes door #2 so appealing. What are the eternal rewards Satanism offers that makes it so savory? I am religiously non-biased so any imput would be valuable. (In other words, this is not a trick question.)
Maybe it's buried in the earlier pages but I would like to see actual Satanists engage the debate, as it no longer appears to be a debate so much as a long string of speculations that may or may not be correct, and assumptions that can't possibly be correct.
I think it would be helpful if someone could provide the distinction between Satanism (as it is understood in on its own terms), and "devil-worship", which I believe exists more so in the imagination of Christians than as a actual religion in the real world.
I don't understand satanism, so I'm not going to talk about it. What I can get from it though, is that people want to go to hell. I don't know what the truth is, but i'd like to learn

Based on Satanism's beliefs, if one follows Satan, one joins the 'Dark Army' in the afterlife. Obviously, it is an army in Hell, I do not understand the purpose of the army, though... Perhaps torture the other people in Hell who aren't Satanists?

Satanism.... Sstanism is the thing that will drive men to their Doom! Satanism will spoil the good mind and condemn you to enternal Free fall through chaos and fire! The Devil is around us. And the only way to defend yourself is to belive that god will save you. Bah. I bet you the most played game by satanists is DooM I, DooM II, DooM III. Satanist scare me. What scares me the most is the demon's controll over them causing them to do thing which will one day get them killed. Well Demons control and clowns. Clowns scare me more than Demons.
Originaly Devils used to be the perfect angel that god created. Devils... Didn't know that did you? Anyways the devil was suppose to be the perfect angel.(NOTE THE SUPPOSE) But one of the devils did something the screw up and *BOOM* god created hell (Not as a realm but as a pit) And all the devils were sucked into the lake of fire. They would have been the perfect angel! the perfect! It a shame that the devils became so evil.
That sounds like a fabulous make-believe story. I really have a problem with all the mystical nonsense of religion. Whether it be Christianity or Satanism. It is all humorous.
Emperor Tiberlaw, the something Lucifer did that caused the "Boom " and create Hell, was trying to usurp power from God, and according to Milton started a war against God and his angels. Then Michael the Archangel sent him to Hell.
