I came up with this idea not to long ago but here is the basis of it. I will post a story probably every day and let people here debate if that person should be innocent or guilty. The story could be real or fake but I won't tell you. If you have a story that you want debated, comment my profile so I can find it easier. This thread is just to get people thinking about justice. All stories will be posted in this thread. If you need help finding it, just ask what page it is on. Here is the first story...
A man was walking on a woman's porch holding a knife. He has not entered the home. She notices him and looks out the window. He holds the knife out and laughs. The woman becomes scared and releases her pit bull outside. She calls the police and they arrive 10 minutes later. However, before they arrive, the dog attacks the man and he receives serious wounds. Now we are in the court room. The man says he thought he was at his friend's home. He says that his friend left the knife at his house and was returning it. The man meant no harm to the woman and demands that she pay his medical bills for the dog bites. So, we have a woman who believes it was self defense to let the dog go. She thought he would hurt her and trespassing so she thinks he should be put in jail. She also says she does not have to pay the medical bills. He believes the dog should be put down and the woman pay his medical bills. Who is right and who is wrong? You be the judge.
Remember, you are debating what you think should be done to the man and woman. There really is no right and wrong answer. It is how you feel justice should be carried out.
He's tresspassing. If you're going to wave a knife around someones house you better be darn sure you know whose house it is. If it wasn't his friends house, whether he meant to or not, he was tresspassing. It's his fault. Case closed
Don't be bitter because I called you a ****ing idiot
1) I was just telling you where the story was. 2) You called everyone a fucking idiot. 3) Forget it, I know you will just want this to turn into an online fight which is dumb.
Hmm I think that the women is right I say he would have tried to kill her so the women should defintly not pay his medical bills and her dog stays alive. It was self defense.
A 56 year old man has been arrested after shooting his lawn mower because it wouldn't start. The man, who lives in Wisconsin, told the police, "It's my lawn mower and my yard, so I can shoot it if I want." Police arrested him for possession of a shotgun and disorderly conduct. The man pleads to you (the judge) and says, "I got pised because my lawn mower wouldn't start so I got my shotgun and shot it." Should this man be put in jail? If so, for how long? Also, should there be any fines he has to pay? You be the judge
The man should not be in jail he shot him because he wouldn't start he should start when he was told to start so he had a right to shoot him and it was his lawn mower.
Hmm that is a hard one well they were driving something and they were over the drinking limit and they sorta did drink and drive so they broke the law because they were driving something so I guess they were wrong.
he should be in jail cos although shooting the lawnmower didnt matter, the owning iof the shotgun did - therefore he has done something wrong which doesnt counterbalance a right
More evindence. He friend must say that it was his knife. Case would be delayed until there was more evindence. Also we need to know if the man's friend was a man or a women. Because it's clearly the man saw the woman and held out the knife and laughed. If his friend was a woman it would of been a mistake but if his friend was a man he would of been trying to break in. I will pick anyway, the man is not guilty. The woman will be charged and her dog will be killed because the man used the porch, he didn't go to the side of the house and look in so he is not trespassing. So she had no right to let the dog loose. So the man wins the case in my book. Case closed.
Sorry guys but I worked 11-3 and then had some chores plus that amazing dinosaur I made. Anyways, I will just post the next story now along with the verdict. Verdict of last story...
Both men do not face jail or fines. However, they did have their licenses revoked (taken away).

Egging is the term used when you throw a bunch of eggs at homes. Have you ever done it? Have you ever wanted to do it to 400 people? Well, one couple thought they might as well do it. A couple egged the homes of over 400 people. They were very upset with only one of these families. However, they wanted to direct attention away from themselves. The process took nearly 18 months and finally they were caught by police. The couple caused more than $7,000 in damages. Should this couple be fined and/or jailed? You be the judge.
In case you are wondering what they look like...
I was sure to use a photo uploader so you guys couldn't trace the story.
