iPhone will pay her off to drop the charges.

Anyways, it is really stupid since she was the one to buy the phone. It reminds me of that woman who sued McDonald's because she spilled the coffee on herself and it burned her. I think the iPhone company will be smart and just pay her off right away instead of waiting and paying millions.

OMG!!! Lady, here's an idea, why don't you use a freaking pencil, rather than try to make a quick buck! She's going to lose her case bad, and I think the iPhone isn't going to make a stylus just because of some whiny woman!

I mean, come on!! A toothpick would work fine? That's less than one cent! Just get over it and improvise, rather than have iPhone spoonfeed you a solution to your problem.

That's my view.

Yes, but the question that I have for you TotalReview, is where does corporate responsibility and personal responsibility come in?

ProgramPro, businesses have to pay off whoever sues them. If the person has a good enough lawyer, they just say that the company has enough money to fix it. The judge thinks and then says the company has to pay off the person who sues for however much money is assigned.

Should small wooden chair companies be sued then? I mean that's discriminating against fat people can't sit in them. My point is that different objects are made for different people.

I figure they can pay it off easy, but this lady should have better things to do with her spare time.

she must have lost her sugar-daddy and can't afford all he luxurious stuff she's used to. just being a consultant can't pay for her expensive taste. i hate lazy people who don't work for their money. but i don't wanna go there cause then we are getting into those lazy a-holes on well-fare. i'm sick and tired of paying for their food stamps. get a job you lazy pricks. o and for her, use your knuckle or a pencil and if that doesn't work get a different phone genius.

You have absolutely no idea how shi-tty are economy is. People are being laid off. Where are they supposed to go then? They need to find a job that can support their family. Now, if it is someone who has never had a job, then yes, screw them. However, many people are losing their jobs every day. I am especially feeling this in Michigan. Many people who work at auto plants are getting fired.

Woohoo! You're on a roll, tempo! I agree with everything you just said, if you include totalreview's amendment.

Good point.

But anyone who ownes an iPHONE knows that a you need some sort of pen to use, finger nails don't work. Most people say she is foolish to make this lawsuit. It's a matter of common knowledge.

sorry again TR, i should have referred to where I am from. there are more job opportunities in my area than imaginable. it's like a boom town but there are many, many small areas where people live off of welfare and don't care to get a job because they only support themselves and their drug habits. That is where i'm coming from. people from my area find a shortcut and take it when there are plenty of respectful jobs open for anyone even if you haven't got a GED.

It really is. However, people do not generally have common sense anymore. Like I said, the iPhone will just pay her off to drop the charges. It will probably be thousands of dollars.

Oh, now I see why you feel that way. Michigan is the state with the worst economy so that is why I see it in a different way. I mean I am 15 and got a job but who knows what will happen. I mean they are firing all the janitors at the schools in my area and bringing in convicts for community service since it is cheaper. I really disagree with it since the administration is still making $100,000 a year each. Sort of off topic so I will post something to get it back on topic.

Do you think she planned this? I mean she could have went to her lawyer and asked what was the easiest way to sue a company.
