Yeah Drace, but its still common knowledge, I can understand that if the product had a malfunction in the hardware. This issue for sure, falls in the category of personal responsibility.
When companies make a product it's not going to be compatible for all people. Case in point: Ambercombie and Fitch stores. Have you ever heard of seriously over weight people suing them for making a product that is size discriminate? For me at least, the answer is no. That is how "intelligent" this lawsuit is.
Because if this nonsense is going to happen. Then why havenât we seen news headlines say this: "Over weight person sues Ambercombie Stores for size discrimination." No way man! It is her responsibility to make adjustments so that way she can keep using the product.
That is a exceedingly dumb reason to sue, and even if she finds what she needs, she still won't be able to complete the sue! Sueing IPhone takes a lot of determination!
Okay, I think everyone can agree it is a dumb reason to sue but you can't call her dumb. She is making thousands of dollars. I think this thread can be locked because everyone is basically saying the same stuff now.
First of all, this is why having long nails are annoying. Second, her fault for buying it. She should learn that you can just lightly tap it to work but she probably went impatient that it wasn't working for a couple of seconds and pressed hard on it.
she is really bold for trying to sue one of the largest corporations on thplanet but she could make something out of it.
Well that not completely true.I think bigger cases have been won.I think the women who spilled hot coffee on herself won her case, and now they have to put labels stating that the coffee is hot, and this one guy got sued for sexual harassment, because it bumped into a women on accident. So I think this is not the most ridiculous case that's ever happened.
