Agreed, although companies are rich and they should be giving some of that money to the poor.

Actually, I'm for that "stupid lady".
She wasn't lucky enough to get rich, so whats wrong with taking a million off a billionaire?

I'd do the same knowing I could make some money.

Truth be told, Capitalism is mainly an economy for people who can make the highest bid. The more money you have, the more spending power you'll have.

Here's some questions I have for everyone.

Should the legal system be more selective as to which lawsuit cases are rational?

If so, would the outcome of this change be better or worse?

Yes, better crazy.

I mean, a women who signed a gym waver got injured at said gym because she was using equipment incorrectly, and she thinks she can sue! I mean, she signed a waiver and didn't read the instructions, so it's her own fault!

Here is a situation that I've been thinking about:

A guy goes into a burger place. He gets his food and he burns his tongue. On the rapper it doesn't say "Caution: contents is hot." Nor does it say this on the bag or the bag of fries. Realizing this he desides to sue.

Does he have a case or would this be a perfect match to the McDonalds incident?

Actually, that case would make more sense. The fries should never be that hot so McDonald's is at fault.

Yeah. I find that the main motivation of this is money.

Most probably know that by now.

That whole event deserves to be put in the "bull" section of my memories.
