I mean, a women who signed a gym waver got injured at said gym because she was using equipment incorrectly, and she thinks she can sue! I mean, she signed a waiver and didn't read the instructions, so it's her own fault!
Here is a situation that I've been thinking about:
A guy goes into a burger place. He gets his food and he burns his tongue. On the rapper it doesn't say "Caution: contents is hot." Nor does it say this on the bag or the bag of fries. Realizing this he desides to sue.
Does he have a case or would this be a perfect match to the McDonalds incident?
