Oh, am I? Alright, so we wouldn't have those things. But then we also wouldn't have pain or suffering or unnecessary deaths. We would have world peace. Imagine that you were a little boy during the second world war. Wouldn't it disturb you knowing your house could blow up any second? Wouldn't you worry that any of your family members could disappear in the blink of an eye? Wouldn't you cry if you found out that your older brother, uncle or any other beloved family member or friend died?

(unless you consider boxing which is for entertainment, wars don't happen for entertainment outside of video games)
The only thing war is suppose to solve is injustice and evil. Sometimes war is needed to solve the things that can't be solved with other means. Because of the way we humans are there will always be war.

First of all, Tesla developed the radio and the microwave. Second, the turbine engine was developed by the British for USA before we thought about it.
War is inevitable when two or more countries want something aand are too stubborn to comprimise. Or, when one country attacks another for whatever reason. It doesn't always solve anything, adn it sometimes it is the right decision. In the case of the two we are fighting rigth now in Iraq and Pakistan, we should've left once we captured Saddam. Pakistan, we are not giving enough attention to.
Not being in the military, most of you don't see the perception of what the troop and sailors have. And all my shipmates agrre with this one statement, "We shouldn't be there, but, I will go just to save my family from the possibility of a attack our freedoms."

An Attack on our freedoms can mean wha tyou want it to mean, kinda. I associate it with a direct attack on America and an indirect attack by attacking our allies. Either way, I would gladly go to Iraq, which I've volunteered for, and defend eveeryone on this site, including Switch, to prevent anything from happening to any American.

It's not true that if we didn't have war we would have world peace. There would still be arguments over religion and government that no one would ever agree on. Society would still be divided and eventually wars would begin again. Wars have been fought since the beginning of time, it may even be part of human nature to fight and disagree with other people. War will never be stopped unless people are nothing but single minded robots that all agree on the same things. Also, of course I would cry if one of my family members or friends died in a war, but there are some causes that are greater than one person's life, or even one thousand peoples' lives that must be defended. Without war, we would still be servants to the British with no rights of our own. Millions of people have died in wars, but all of them died with a purpose.
Yes, it does. What would we do without war lol? War replaces a lot of ugly politics that would result in no winner. War is one of the best ways to settle major issues, that is if you win.
War solves something for a short time,and then a new set of problems (possible caused by the war,or problems caused by it) will come up.It's a vicious cycle.Inescapeable,in my opinion.
