Do believe in an after life? If so, what do you feel is in store for you? For others?
Me, I don't know and I highly doubt any spoken or written word is going to convince me. One thing that is guaranteed is it will all keep me thinking; which is healthy.
If I die and there is nothing, then that's all gravy 'cause I won't be able to think about it and be disappointed.
If I die and see St. Peter at the pearly gate with a giant book, then I'll be letting out more than a few expletives for having second guessed the Christianity I was raised to believe in.
Eyes, you see, the Socratic Method can be applied to many areas of discussion. "What" questions can directly get the one I'm asking to explained exactly what I would like to know about. "Why" questions can come later.
