You can be in a band, and still not be a nerd you know... When I was in Band I was also a four year letterman in Track, two years in Wrestling, and 2 years in football, which means in the football games i didn't have to play. = ) (Linebacker and running back)
I have been playing Trumpet for 15 years (beginners look for me) I have been playing Mellophone (a type of french horn its for marching) for 5 years, and I'm just starting out in Tenor Sax. Music is my muse in life.
I play baritone in our band and we're going to go march in Florida at the Outback Bowl. We're going to compete in concert band, jazz band, marching band, and parade so most of the people going will see me at least once. We're the Goddard Band from Kansas if any of you see us. If anyone else is going please tell me that would be cool if we could meet.
