I think proven rapists should face death. Someone's virginity could mean hell of a lot to them. Taking that away by force can ruin someone's life, even if they aren't a virgin, the painful memory and the trauma will be there for the rest of their lives. So in my mind, rapists should face death.
rapist i think should either get life or death because what they did is wrong in every way possible. They get out of jail and people think that they've changed? i don't buy it no matter what they say their going get the urge to do it again and when they do another kids life has been ruined.
castration might help in preventing rapist from raping since i don't know about you but i would not like to have my testicles removed
You can actually blame the cost of construction and maintenance, something that I'm sure you'll find the liberals have very little control over. It's amazing how much cheaper it is to build two 10 foot high razor wire fences when compared to 20 foot high concrete fences, hence our switch. If you personally would like to pay even more to house criminals be my guest but chances are you're not going to have too many supporters.
Well i wouldn't say our jail system is too cozy. When you go to jail, you WILL get raped when you drop the soap (true fact, my friend went to jail for three nights, and he would've gotten raped if he didn't know some people in the shower room). Not to mention you get your ass constantly kicked when you get to go into the court yard, or whatever it is... The guards don't stop you right away, and for some its their source of entertainment. Plus Rapists who get sent to jail, get this ten times worse. Everyone hates rapists, and inmates will find joy in kicking the ass of someone who has forced sex on someone... BTW, i think the only time a woman can actually feel tons of pain during rape is if the were cirumsized... But im gonna be honest when i say this... Ppl who do that are fucked up in the head. You could kill the woman while she is having sex due to how much pain she is suffering from. So next point... Do you think that cults/religions/people who circumsize women should be put to jail/death for causing the women never to want to have sex, or experience the pleasure that the men are able to have?
I think that rapists should definitely be punished severely for his actions. Not only will the victim will be affected, but what about a child as a result of rape? He will be known to many as a B****** child and, if the victim was young, she would not only work on getting her life ontrack, but will also have to worry about raising the child, either that or adoption or something like that.
That's when you ask this question, "Who will take the worst of the event? The Criminal, or the victim?"
