I do not think any country could invade the US. Every house you go to they have atleast a gun in the house. In the South its different. Theres bout 5 guns or more in each house. Does anyone agree with me?
I believe that if anyone attempted to invade the US, they would be put down. It's not like the US doesn't have allies. Plus, what do the scientists say, enough nukes to blow up Earth 26 times? Look what happened at Hiroshima, and they weren't even invading the US, they were just attacking us.
Actually, we don't have allies. We have Canada and possibly Mexico. That pretty much sums it up. If America and China went to war, I doubt any country would back us up. Mainly because they would not want to pick a side. China would have allies backing them up. I think America could hold its own but Americans need to start understanding that we are not the almighty superpower anymore.
Could you please explain it again then, in a better constructed sentence this time. I didnt even know if you were talkin about jets or ships. How can a missile carry jets? Its the other way around.
the u.s.s lexington and other aircraft carriers hold about 200 or less jets. the lex can load joads (they fly in) or they can unload(let the jets take off) and the lex has long long range missiles and short range missiles as well,along with turrests and other stuff.
Yes i am aware of that. However missiles launched from over 100 miles from a ship will nearly always miss a jet. The reason being angles of release and speed of release have a huge effect on the accuracy of the missile which ships obviously cannot do anything about. The onlyt way to defend a ship is by air and it is very difficult to do so. The defending side is always at a big tactical disadvantage.
For one thing you can only launch a few jets as a time. The deck only has limited space. Secondly only one missile needs to hit the hull of a ship to sink it. Thirdly jets fly very low over the sea to avoid radar and this has been proven to work very well even with dopplar.
3 exact. and the lex uses its own radar so no satty will get in the way. and only those stealths with the special coating can get past but USA is the only one with 'em.
well, actually, back in the days of the Roman Empire no one thought that it would ever fall. Or when Great Brittan was the most powerful country, "unstoppable," well the USA beat them. All I'm saying is, anything is possible.
