Competition Rules 1. Must be hand drawn, either on paper or in a program. It can then be manipulated in an graphics program. But unoriginal artwork cannot be used as the main focus. Copyrighted images cannot be used. All pieces containing copyrighted images will be disqualified. 2. Submissions must follow the current theme that has been chosen by a moderator for that week. If you submit more than one piece, please clarify which one you would like to be judged. 3. If your image is larger than 600 pixels wide, please provide a link to the image instead of posting it in the forum. Otherwise, the image will be cut off. 4. Artists cannot win in subsequent weeks. You can still submit, but if you won the week before, you cannot get first place again the next week. 5. After the deadline, a moderator will pick the winner, and they will be awarded a 25 AP award.
It's true that I have been unable to properly keep up with the thread as it progresses, but this is to be expected as I'm busy and I'm also no longer a regular competitor, nor am I running the thread. Often the first time I see an entry is in the judging, which I'll always look at.
So when I comment on something, it's almost always a reaction to what I see immediately, unless there is a reference to previous conversation that I don't understand. Also I hope people don't expect me to comment on every entry, or even every one of their entries as I think that's quite unreasonable- all you need to remember is that if I don't comment on your entry that doesn't mean I didn't see it, or even that I ignored it, or somehow thought it unworthy of commenting on. I just...didn't comment on it.

Uhm, slight waste of post, that... History is rather good, ifyou have a proper teacher. Take Axis Powers Hetalia. Filled with references to history (it is build upon history, actually). And it is rather nice to know the origin of those refs.

Proxy = A separate internet server that redirects your traffic, thereby fooling your local network server into thinking you're not using it for internet.
