Part of the shreds went into a (very tasty) pie thing, the rest are in the freezer for later consumption.
And yes, did it for fun (not something I do regularly, actually that was the first time I carved something other than a potato or pumpkin)~ Was technically just supposed to cut it up for dinner, but I couldn't help but start to carve that.
