This was inspired by the book "Digital Fortress". So i figured I should put it in the Popular Media section.

Try and solve this code:

Yeah, like I said I mostly used what was said by Gantic and not by using the cipher itself. Credit goes to Gantic . Can't wait for the next code.

And i guess i will give the answer to the first one because two people got it. All it said was:
