well I don't know why this would be necessary if they already get 20 AP for submitting the game,and not only that,but they get paid for creating it,and most of them probably don't really care about AP in the first place.I mean sure if the mods want to do this then they can,but I don't see the point truthfully.Also I believe this has been suggested before.I just can't remember exactly whether or not it has,but I am pretty sure it has.
problemo here-i like the idea, but the rating changes so often and let's say the first peson that comes along and gives it a 10/10 they have a merit. and then the 2nd person gives it a .5/10. what happens? do they lose it or do they get to keep it forever and it end up like the worst game on this site? (no offence to the person making it)
A then it could be deleted or something.But some games or all of them never fall down when they are 9..3 9.1.Also if it drops down i think they should still keep it becuase they mad a great game and made a great effort.
Well if you want to make an arguement for it then how about all games that have been on the site for at least a month have had over 100k hits and have a 9/10 or higher could get the merits,but once again I really see no point in it,when they already get plenty of awards for all of their hard work.
OK First:I don';t think a game that is 9 or above now in the 5's. Second:I agree with that.Maybe if a game drops dramatically should have it's merit taken away right. Third:What if a game that drops to the 8's still maintain it becuase it didn't drop that much.

Well how about like crimson said hit a 1 million hit or 3 million hit and that could really mean they worked hard.# of plays never drop and that means the game is great!
