Granted, but those turn out to be the two most important weeks of your life and it becomes crucial that you remember what happened during that time.

Granted, except you placed it in the care of d_dude to plant it in your backyard, but well, d_dude obviously doesn't remember what happened.

I wish for an apple that regenerated every time I ate part of it.

Granted, but the pieces regenerate new apples in your stomach, sadly something in the stomach causes the new apples to grow huge. You blow up.
