the 5th element ( i heard it is spirit) decides you are not worthy and incinerates you.

i wish for non-allergicness to furry animals.

you stop being allergic to animals, but you starte being allergic to air.
i wish for a shiny.

the shiny happens to be a bomb in disguise that blows up and you die.
I WISH FOR A NUCLEAR BOMB TO BLOW UP THE UNIVERSE AND EVERY LIVING CREATURE!!! now how are you going to corrupt that?

the fish is a shark and it eats you.

Granted, it get's corrupet again and only gets worse.

I wish for a unibrow.

your unibrow gets so big in grows backwards into your brain.
i wish for that annoying kid on my bus to evaporate.

He evaporates into toxic fumes that kill everyone aboard the bus, including you.

I wish for my forgetfulness to vanish.

It does but then u rember everything and ur brain can't handle it so it explodes
