Not really. Batman is extremely witty, and has alot of strength. Plus, he has gadgets and various types of blades to assist him in slicing Spiderman's webs.

I think it depends.

The Batman is accustomed to battling against witty opponents. (The Joker, Riddler, etc.) So, Batman obviously has him in wits.
But, Spiderman is accustomed to gadgets and dodging blades (Green Goblin). Which is Batmans main feature.

But if Spiderman is in his venom suit or not. If he is, I think he would win easy. Spidermans strength is only a step below Batmans, and his agility is superior. If his agility and strength was multiplied by two, it would be an easy win.

powers don't matter. Batman has defeated supervillans with poers beore and he can defeat superheros with them too.

He's a vigilante. Spiderman can be considered one as well, according to the first Spiderman movie. Batman isn't a "superhero" since he doesn't have any powers, but he is a "hero". Also, just because someone is a superhero doesn't mean they win.

And just because you have cool gadgets doesn't mean you win.

In my opinion Spider-Man would win, He has ungodly strength compared to Batman, and he doesn't lose his ability to fight once he uses it once. Some of Batman's equipment would not be useful on Spider-Man. The smoke bombs would only hurt Batman because he wouldn't be able to see, while Spider-Man uses his "spidey senses" to see through the smoke. Also with the "spidey sense" Spider-Man would be able to avoid most of what Batman would throw at him. Hypothetically speaking, Spider-Man would win.

Also not all of Batman's equipment is unlimited like the grapple gun. While it takes quite a long time for Spider-Man to run out of webbing. Therefore Spider-Man could easily win against Batman. I do believe that Batman would hold his own against Spider-Man and make it one heck of a fight. But, in the end, Spider-Man would win.

I'm sorry for double posting, but I forgot some very important information.

In the RPG "Marvel Super Heroes", which is basically a modified version of the game "DND" Dungeons and Dragons. Spider-Man is superior. I know that most of this wont make any sense to most of you, but i need to put this up to show that Spider-Man is better than Batman.

SPIDER-MAN:

KNOWN POWERS:

Wall Crawling: Amazing Intensity
Spider-Sense: Amazing Intensity
Combat Sense: Spider-Man cannot be blindsided.
Webcasting: Monstrous power rank. Dissolves after one hour.
Spider-Tracer: Spider-Man carries several of these small homing devices that are tuned to his Spidey-Sense, that allow him to track up to one mile.

ENHANCED POWERS: (Venom Suit)

Body Resistance: Unearthly
Kinetic Bolt: Unearthly
Penetration vision: Unearthly
Telescopic Vision: Unearthly
Spider-Sense: Unearthly(now includes super hearing)
Plasma Bolt: Unearthly
Flight(Gliding): Unearthly

Unfortunately Batman is a DC hero so I cannot post what his skills would be, but based on this above^^^ I do think Spider-Man is the superior hero

If batman had a mini-gun... I doubt spidey sense could dodge that lol. Or swing out of firing range without being hit. But then; spiderman could have the mini-gun. Whoever has the biggest mini-gun! Screw superpowers!

Well, spideman because he's a super hero I guess. But if batman got the sneak on him he'd probably be screwed....oh wait, never mind he has spidey senses! He's all set, spiderman all the way.

Neither of them are really "overpowered" like Superman, but I since Spiderman has powers and Batman doesn't, I'd say Spiderman wins here.
