definitely spider man he is more nimble and agile like a ninja batman seems more of a powerhouse

Boy spidy has super strength he does not need armor when he can survive getting run over by a train or falling from the highest buildings he will brake tape and he is a even better fighter than batman

Spider-Man's main ability is shoot webs and crawl along walls. He shoots Batman witth a web, he uses a batarang to cut it. He tries to climb up walls he throws a batarang or hits him with one of those nets. Batman can simply counter anything Spider-Man has.

Batman has no special powers. He has cool stuff

In my opinion, batman would win. The reason behind this is because of his many gadgets, and the batmobile!
