I say Batman, because Spiderman's only real powers are webs and the ability to sense danger right before it hits him. (lets be honest, he always says "my spider sense is tingling" right before he gets nailed by some giant monster). Batman technically doesn't have any superpowers, but with all of his gadgets, plus the fact that he went through countless years of ninja training mean that he is probably just as good (if not better than someone with powers.
I'd say Spider-Man. He was holding up an enormous tower at the end of Spiderman 2 (or was it 3?) all by himself. Yes, a tower. Batman? He was getting his *** handed to him by the Joker in the Dark Knight. Sure, he's probably got strength to him, but until he holds up a building by himself, I'm sold on Spiderman.
