Most ancient people thought that earthquakes were caused by underground wind. But it did not make it true, just the same as having a billion people believe in a particular god does not make then right, especially when you consider the billions who don't believe in said god.

I would say that It'd be up to you to write a Bible-sized book about said elephant, Have one billion people believe that their house would fall prey to the flying elephant (unless you moved it)
And have an active community that claims to see visions of the elephant telling them stuff. Not to mention their own Pope, country, etc.

Yes, you are obviously a useless n00b.

Really?......

rafterman kinda stole my idea... But never-the-less its a good example. The Ancient Japanese thought that water demons infested rivers and will eat you, unless you tossed a cucumber with your name on it. Lots believed it, but that doesn't make it true.

If I was given the same fertile ground to work with to bill it the same way religion has and did with there fiction, I wouldn't be at all surprised if in 2000 years(give or take) I had billions believing it.

he only point in living life is to go to heaven? You don't enjoy living?

The point in living is to serve God , the true God . And to witness to unbelievers so that they may know the great news ,

@rafterman: You said billions of beople don't believe in some sort of God. That's a lie. Only 5-10% of the world doesn't believe in God. And Iike how that 5-10% likes to make fun of the rest of the world. Jerk-offs.

Im guesing it was a hyperobole. There are only a few billion, but millions are against it. And billions of people don't believe in one riligion either, so its a hyperbole on both sides.

Buddhists, Jainists, Hindus, ect make up more than 5-10% of the worlds population.

Hindus believe in higher being, as do Jainists. What I really meant to say was 5-10% of the world don't have a religion.

My questions

1. If god created everything who created god
2. There is many religions and they all beleve that their god created world, wich God is true then
3. If magic existed in time of Jesus why did it disapire (in bible there was many wizards who could create snakes and other sturff)

1. If god created everything who created god

This is a bit like the Omnipotence paradox.

Everything that has a beginning has a cause. But according to Christianity God had no beginning, so he does not have a cause. If he does not have a cause he was not created.

2. There is many religions and they all believe that their god created world, which God is true then

The Bible's answer (John 17:3)"And this is eternal life, that they may know Thee, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom Thou hast sent,"

If magic existed in time of Jesus why did it disappear

Magic is everything we cannot explain, this means that "magic" did not disappear. For many persons everyday items are seen as "magic".

Now about miracles many persons says that do still happen. Is very common in healthcare healings to be attributed to the intervention of a saint or God himself.

thank you for answering

You are very welcome.

Yes we can say so. According to Christianity the true God is the Christian God, which leads us to the conclusion that all the others are fake.

If this reasoning can so easily be applied to God why add an unnecessary step and just apply it to the universe.

The universe was born out of a quantum state the laws of physics won't necessarily apply from what we have observed.

It's just circular reasoning.

The God of the Bible is the one true God because the Bible says he's the one true God. The Bible says he's the one true God because he is the one true God. The God of the Bible is the one true God because the Bible says he's the one true God....etc. etc. etc. rinse repeat.

Magic is everything we cannot explain, this means that "magic" did not disappear. For many persons everyday items are seen as "magic".

a.k.a. God of the gaps.

Now about miracles many persons says that do still happen. Is very common in healthcare healings to be attributed to the intervention of a saint or God himself.
