In the beginning of the final stage for the presidential election Obama and McCain agreed to only spend the public campaign money. However Barack Obama backed out of this agreement, causing him to have more money than McCain.
Personally I believe that this is a sign of arrogance on Obamas part, it shows McCain will stick to his word no matter what, and Obama will say anything to just get elected.
I think that's pretty smart and wise of him.I don't know why he even does that because I'm very confident he'll win.Buying time for having Americans vote is not really cheating.I think that well earned money of his is going to be well spent.

Lol where do you guys get your information?? Obama and McCain agreed to only use s certain amount of their own personal money. And they are. Its not Obama's fault that he has such immense support in donations. He has all of this money left like 5 days before the election, so of course he is going to use it. And good for him. He got all of this money from donations for the campaign. If he didn't use it for the campaign, which will be over in 4 days, people would get mad that he just jacked their money lol. So its good that the peoples money is going to what they had intended it to go to.
Its called being a good polititian and using the money for what it was intended. You republicans would bash him either way. If he is spending money "omg hes desperate" he doesn't : "omg hes stealing peoples money for himself"
I think its a good thing, and why not use the money that people wanted him to use for getting more votes, and create a greater safe lead over republicans. I would do the same.
...Uh, actually, if he didn't spend money for this "infomercial", he couldn't spend the rest of the campaign money on himself. After the election, he has to spend it all on "campaign issues" or give it back within a year after the election.
Obama just used all the resources available to him. Politicians have to be ruthless and if Obama wants to get an ad for a final push before the election then fair play. He doesnt have to agree to Mc Cains propsal, he has the right to do what he wants.

Obama never accepted Public money. He used only private donations. People who donate money to him are giving him the money to use in any way. What's wrong about that?
