I hate people who look at things like that. It's like you just believe opinions and won't follow facts. Now you will tell me nothing is a fact. Well, when thousands of scientists do research and show the information they found, I'd rather believe that then believe what some person just says.

Why wouldn't you buy energy efficient light bulbs? They save you money and they are good for the planet. The new ones my family just bought will save us about $30 a month on our electric bill. Even if you don't believe in global climate change, you should still buy them. Hybrids are more expensive but look at the gas mileage. Most people spend $40-60 to put gas in their car each week. If you want to keep wasting money and not care about the planet, go ahead.

You are right that we are heading for it. I doubt we could probably even stop it. However, if we make changes now, we give scientists more time to slow it or possibly stop it in the future.

TotalReview, our planet has been going in and out of ice ages for 100's of thousands of years. There is nothing we could or even should do about it. We have to adapt, not not change our planets natural life cycle. your talking about helping the environment, right? not a good statement TR.

Yes, but technology has advanced for thousands of years. Do you think the Aztecs or Mayans ever thought we would go to the moon? My point is even if you don't believe in global climate change, why not change to eco-friendly items that SAVE YOU MONEY?

Oh, I get it now. Yeah, it does seem a little outrageous, but the more time we give them, the more chance we have even if it is a .0000001% chance.
