i dont beleive in global warming because i think that it is so gradual that by the time it is dangerous the next ice age will counter act it

Does any one else have any views or opinions about that?

Then why is it universally accepted in the world of science that global warming is a problem and that a majority of it is human-induced?

Try my father, who has a PhD in Marine Sciences, any researcher he has ever worked with, and anyone with any sort of degree relating even remotely to the environment. Grow up, kid.

I wouldn't say universally accepted, true the theory does have a lot of following and I personally think we are a bit to blame but that it's mainly a cycle. I think we're hundreds of years away from "irreversible" damage and that the new environmental consciousness will in the coming years help to drastically reduce humans carbon emissions.

That argument doesn't really hold much substance when you consider the last warming period, which occured in the Middle Ages, was miniscule when compared to the warming that we are experiencing right now.
