I would definitely have to say Bullet For My Valentine. Overall, they just seem more talented to me. Yes, Synyster Gates is arguably a better guitarist, but the band as a whole does not keep up with Bullet, especially because of M. Shadows' vocal issues.

You're getting confused Zootsuit. Matt Tuck of Bullet had the surgery. Shadows doesn't necessarily have vocal issues, he's just a bit too raspy for me.

Bullet is by far the best, and I'll tell you why. Their use of two guitars in a melody definately attracts your ear. The drum beats are a bit more varied than A7X. Yes, Gates is a better guitarist, but his parts in songs really don't reflect his skill.

I pick Avenged Sevenfold, I like their song Afterlife, it rocks

A7X is a much better band period. There guitarists, bassist, and drummer are all extremely talented, and the vocalist is one of the most varied and adaptive singers that I've heard in a while.

They're both false metal.
