I saw yet another video of a group of protestors burning the American flag. The disgust me! Please tell me someone else out here agrees that it is wrong and should be illegal.

cases taken to the supreme court are those involving constitutional grievances, and issues. for example, if someone thinks their rights are violated, the case is taken to the supreme court where the constitution is deciphered in a sense.
You have to have your case appealed a couple of times to get the supreme court.
True but you get enough people to support one side then your good to go. All it will take is time. It's under the concept of shooting now then askign questions.
The Supreme Court has alread heard several cases involving flag burning as a form of protest and free speech, and has ruled in favor of the protestors in each case.
