I saw yet another video of a group of protestors burning the American flag. The disgust me! Please tell me someone else out here agrees that it is wrong and should be illegal.

Doesn't mean my opinion should be buried by them just because they volunteered to fight for the country. I don't hate soulja bois, but I am not going to blindly support them just because they beat the **** out of some other person in another country.

The boys who were drafted didn't volunteer did they

How many court cases do you think actually get taken to Supreme Court?

This was a African American in the 1950's. Segregation was in affect before this. Brown didn't want to walk his duaghter to the black school (as it was called in the 50's). He wanted to take his duaghter 2 blocks to the white school. Seems impossible to change the segregation of schools, and just because he didn't want to walk as far, but he did and he took it to court many times until he ended up to the supreme court so the impossible dosen't seem so impossible does it. This trial overturned Plessy vs.Ferguson. Which was segregation.

Nah I could go grab just about every mother in America and they would probably make that agreement. And Stormchaser gets pissed off because he firmly believes in something and is what we would call a true patriot and an American.

And flag burning is a way of showing support.

Flag burning is a way to show that you disgrace to your country!

Anyone disagree? I'm calling you out right now, take your best swing right now.

Totally agree

The Supreme Court has alread heard several cases involving flag burning as a form of protest and free speech, and has ruled in favor of the protestors in each case.

They have to agree because they have a angry mob protesting!

They don't draft people anymore.

i'm talking about the soldiers who fought in the World Wars and Veitnam and Korean War

The Supreme Court doesn't care about how many people protest. If they did Bush wouldn't have gotten appointed to the Presidency in 2000.

They are an animal, a living thing, not a peice of cloth made in some sweatshop in china.

The american flag, the symbol of a country, consisting of millions of people. So burning it is saying you don't care!
